Through Vera Whole Health's  Health and Wellness Coach Training and Education Program, Courtney has undergone the approved trainings to sit for the National Board for Health and Wellness Coaching (NBHWC) examination. This specific training leads the industry in standards as the American Medical Association has worked in concert to approve all NBHWC exams.

Holistic Health and Wellness Coaching, is an integrative form of wellness coaching that incorporates positive, lifestyle changes (lifestyle, habits, nutrition, mental fitness) to create and enhance optimum health and wellness. Courtney's approach uses empathic listening, an organized coaching plan, and ongoing coaching for accountability.

Making changes can be difficult, but studies have shown using a holistic health and wellness coach for guidance, support, and accountability increases success.
